Our Voices Will Be Heard

Internet Telephony Meetings

Internet telephony meetings are conference call meetings that allow groups of people to talk together using headphones and microphones attached to their computers. There are many computer programs that allow you to make "telephone" calls from computer to computer and many of these can also be used to set up conference calls with groups of people able to take part in the same call. These programs can be used by members of Al-Anon Family Groups to gather together for mutual support.

To participate in these meetings, members will need a fast (broadband) internet connection, a microphone and speakers. A headset (earphones with an attached microphone) is recommended for ease of use.

For specific instructions to participate in each group's meeting, click on the link to their web site below. You may need to install special software to participate.

Listing on this page does not constitute approval of any group's manner of practicing the Al-Anon program. If you are not comfortable in one meeting, we urge you to try another.
